• Founded in 2020, Speak & Shine Academy offers comprehensive training in public speaking and leadership skills for children, youth, and adults. The academy provides group lessons, individual coaching, and the Speak & Shine Youth Club.

Speak & Shine was founded in 2020 and has been providing online education to kids and adults ever since. Face-to-face workshops are offered in some communities.

• The academy offers three types of online training: group lessons for children and youth, individual coaching for teens and college students, and participation in the Speak & Shine Youth Club.

• We create educational and entertaining videos on our Speak & Shine YouTube Channel, offer interactive online sessions, and provide opportunities for advanced growth in areas like speech competitions, being a YouTube host, and handling interviews.

• The Confident Speaker series is a foundational public speaking program with two levels: Find Your Voice and Love Your Voice. Each level includes 5-8 sessions focusing on various aspects of public speaking, such as impromptu speaking, body language, and vocal variety. There is also a 5-week Club training course to prepare members for joining Speak & Shine Youth Club.

Yes, after completing the Confident Speaker series, students are eligible to join the Speak & Shine® Youth Club, where they can continue to develop their skills in a supportive club environment. Students may also receive one-on-one coaching.

Speak & Shine® Youth Club is open to young people who want to improve their public speaking and leadership skills. We offer prerequisite courses to help members prepare to join the club.  Those with speaking experience may be exempt from taking the classes.

Our mission is to help members develop their communication and leadership skills.  By participating in club activities, members will gain lifetime benefits of knowledge and skills:

• Conducting meetings, time management, and much more!
